Docking Master is a wireless palm sized remote control device used to help in the docking or the departing of a Vessel from a Marina or private dock.

How does Docking Master works?

The Docking Master system is made up of three devices, the Transmitter (TX) and the Receiver (RX) module. The system works by generating a digitally coded signal from the hand transmitter in the ISM band (900 MHz). Every Transmitter has a unique electronic customized code to prevent any interference between different units. This RF signal is then picked up by the receiver. It has a very high input sensitivity (-114dbm) to allow it to fully extend the range of use (300 ft plus).

 

Is the system waterproof?

Both the transmitter and the receiver are designed to be waterproof. The transmitter is buoyant and if dropped in the water, can be easily retrieved. The unit is completely water tight and will work in all weather conditions.

 

Will Docking Master work with my electronics controls?

Docking Master is designed to work with all the electronics controls on the market today. In addition we have created the "Buddy Shifter" for those vessels that are configured with either Cable Shifting or Hydraulics controls, inexpensive, reliable, light weight “THEREFORE WE PROUDLY SAY DOCKING MASTER WORK ON ANY VESSEL CONFIGURATION”.

Docking Master  has been thoroughly tested and can safely help you maneuver over 300ft Mega Yachts.

 

Can my boat be interfering with Signals from other Wireless Remote Controls?

Docking Master’s unique frequency design has an electronic customized code for each system, preventing one unit from interfering with another.

 

Is Docking Master certified by FCC?

Yes, Docking Master is Certified by FCC.

 

Can I transfer my Docking Master to my new boat?

Docking Master can be reinstalled in another boat for just the cost of installation. The unit is customized to the requirement of the vessel's user (i.e. controlling thrusters and anchor winch if available).

 

Does Docking Master have a waiting list to be installed?

Docking Master can be installed on the day of purchase or at a more convenient time and location for the buyer. The entire system has an installation time between 3 to 5 hours depending on transmission’s configuration within the vessel.
